We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that custom-made items and final sale products are non-refundable.

Currently, Bouclair ships exclusively within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and the size of the items ordered.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service at most of our locations. Simply select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout and choose your preferred branch.
